To raise awareness about school shootings in the U.S., we retold real events in the style of classic children’s stories—soft tones, familiar rhythms, and all. The contrast between innocent storytelling and violent reality was designed to unsettle and provoke, forcing the audience to confront the harsh truth: for too many kids, school is no longer a safe story.
